This includes loaning, leasing or renting to any other third party.

The User agrees that the Author will not be liable, under any circumstances and in any way, for any errors, omissions, loss, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the website or any content included therein. Any certificates provided or completion of a training course does not indicate that any qualification or accreditation has been achieved, it is simply a statement and proof of completion.

The User agrees that it must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy and completeness. The Author cannot guarantee successful outcomes with third parties (such as the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Ombudsman Service) as such third parties can exercise their discretion in deciding particular matters.
